don't delete emails from server

my Droid Mini is setup with Pop3 email and emails are syncing fine.  But, i DON'T want my emails to get removed from the Pop3 server, when i delete them from my Droid phone.  Can anyone help with this?

I truly appreciate your inquiry! I'd be happy to help provide insight. May I ask what e-mail service provider you're currently using? Often times e-mail services only have the option of either POP3 or IMAP. A POP3 e-mail services will delete the messages entirely from the server as you've experience while the IMAP accounts will not.
