My Samsung Galaxy S4 melted overnight while it was charging. When I turned the phone on, it had said that it had shut itself down due to excessive heat. I noticed the mini usb port was a little distorted, as well as the mini usb cord itself. Now if I plug my phone in it doesn't charge. It vibrates every few seconds and that is all. I haven't changed out the battery or anything since I got the phone, and I'm hoping there is something to be done about the defective product.
