My LG G2 broke about a week ago (I dropped it and cracked the screen). Assurion won't cover it and so I'd like to buy another phone. Can I still put it under my Verizon account?
that doesnt sound right, unless you do not pay for the insurance coverage of course. if you pay for insurance Assurion should cover it no matter what.
It doesn't sound right to me either. I'd had the phone almost two weeks when I dropped it. Assurion replied that I had not paid enough of the insurance to legitimate covering the phone.
have you filed any other claims with them in the last 12 months?
