After I went from a Droid X to a Samsung Galaxy 4, in December 2013, my best friend's texts are getting through to me. She has an Iphone. Do I open a service ticket on this problem and how do I do that?

seavility, Thanks for reaching out to us and lets get this texting issue resolved. Is your friend able to receive your texts since you switched devices? If so, have them attempt to temporarily turn off imessage in there settings and retest.
