Okay support- It seems futile to ask given ALL comments that have come before me, but I have a rare signal on my note 3. It is my primary source of communication for work calls this will cause serious consequences with my clients if not resolved soon. As of now, I'm perching the phone on my window sill throughout the day in hopes of a single bar or two just to communicate on speaker. I know its a signal issue- as the wifi works without issue.
