I have a gs3 and I am use it in Afghanistan. Everything works fine except the mobile hotspot. I tried to turn it on, but it keys saying validation error. A friend has a iPhone 5s purchased from Verizon as well and his hotspot works fine. Any ideas?
Good Morning bebeto! I understand the importance of staying in touch while you are overseas. Do you have active wireless service with us? Mobile Hotspot works with active wireless service only. If your account is on temporary suspension or is inactive, you will not be able to use any of your wireless services.
