Recent software update on June 4th. Now my HTC one will not sync my Microsoft Outlook contacts. All I get is useless phone numbers instead of names on the text messaging area and phonebook. Active Sync does work for email, tasks, and calendar, but not any of my contacts from Microsoft Outlook. I think it works for my gmail contacts however.
I get this message: "Sync is currenlty experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." It hasn't worked in two days now.
