"Something went wrong"

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII and I keep getting a pop up that says "Something went wrong" in the title then reads, "Please wait a moment and try again. If the problem persists, try logging in." If I click on the Retry on the pop up it says logging in. Please wait then it goes back to the pop up. The only way to get rid of the pop up is to swipe the "back" selection at the bottom of my phone. How can I get rid of this? It has doing this for about 3 weeks.

It is the cloud. I went to the Verizon store yesterday and the salesperson was no help. He told me it was a motorola issue. I just went in and disabled the cloud. Hopefully this works. It only started happening with the Kit Kat update. it would pop up every 2 seconds while I was trying to do anything on my phone.

JohnG54, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue for you. Are you attempting to access a 3rd party application on your device? If so, try uninstalling the application and then redownloading it. Keep us posted.

JohnG54 Let's get to the bottom of why the error is appearing on the screen. When exactly do you see the pop up? IS this when you try and go online? Send a text? Browse the web? Please share more details.

I'm having the same issue this week. I tried signing out of several apps but it didn't seem to make a difference. It seems to come up almost randomly.

I get it at random but especially if I access the Cloud app.

Seems the culprit is the Cloud App. Can't delete that one.

I will have to see if it works tomorrow. I didn't realize I could disable it until today when I was reading posts here. I had previously going in and force stopping it and it would pop up again overnight. Fingers crossed this works at least until they get another update to fix it permanently

Go to Settings>app manager then select the Cloud App. Delete all the updates which will take it back to factory settings
