Receiving or sending blank texts?

The last 2 or 3 weeks, both my husband & I have experienced either sending or receiving blank texts. Anyone know why that would be happening? When it first happened, thought it was because receiver didn't have a smart phone. But, my mom sent one from her iPhone and it came blank. It's a bit frustrating.

Sorry to learn of any issues in receiving blank messages. I know messaging is important, so let's figure this out! To clarify, the messages are sent with text included, but when received, they come through blank? Is this something you've noticed with every message, or just a select few? If just a select few, is there any type of pattern? For example, do they all have the same model device? Is it something happening with users from a different carrier?

I'm sure we can figure out what's going on, we just need a little more information.
