Why can't I get my tablet to reboot?

I cannot get my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 to reboot. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Lets get this tablet in order! Is the power button broken? Try to hold down the power button and volume down key at the same time to force a restart. Let us know if this helps.
