How do I sync Verizon Messages on my Elipsis 7 and Galaxy S4?

Hi,

     How do I synch my Verizon messages on my Elipsis 7 with my Samsung galaxy 4 phone? I do not use my tablet everyday and when I do I have a backlog of messages that I have already read and deleted from my phone. Thanks for any help you can offer.
