I had 6GB Share Everything Plan before, but now I reduced my data plan to 2GB each phone (to lower my bill). On the website, it says my phone isn't anywhere NEAR the limit of 2GB, but internet is not working as of about 20 min ago. What the heck?
There could be an outage in your area. You also could try resetting your network connection, i.e., turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and give it a few minutes to establish a fresh network connection.
Unfortunately, when you run over your 2GB allocation, VZW doesn't simply cut you off. They give you another 1GB at the cost of $15. When you get your connection back up and running, if you feel like you may run over, you can change your plan to add another 2GB for only $10. You can make that change one time per month and you have to change it back, but it can save you a 5 spot if you were to run over.

I went online to prevent both phones from going over in data, to keep my son from abusing the GB we do have. Seems TIKIBAR gave the same response a Verizon rep gave me moments ago .. turn the phone off, "reboot" and restart.
