Galaxy S3 4.4.2 KitKat Update - missing runtime options?

Last night KitKat updated to my Galaxy S3. I've enabled developer options and in this menu there is supposed to be a setting to change the runtime from Dalvic to ART but this menu item appears to be missing? Has this been disabled by Verizon or simply moved to another location?

Here's where the option should be in the menu but it's missing from my Verizon GS3 and I've confirmed that 4.4.2 is in fact installed.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The Galaxy SIII version of Kit Kat is greatly hacked down from the full build that Nexus users have (mostly because of the phones age)  I can't say for sure, but I would assume that this is just another one of the things that was left out because it would cause problems with the device if it were left it.
