So... Why is Verizon the last to provide the US with Kit Kat 4.4?

Ok Verizon, your customers demand support and service. Where is our Kit Kat 4.4 update? The other US carriers have it, why are they providing their customers better service for their Galaxy S4? Hello? We want answers, not a link to where we see the last update was the 4.3 Jelly Bean. We want answers, not told that there is extensive testing going on. We want answers, not to be told to wait patiently and it will eventually arrive. WE WANT ANSWERS!!!

I don't think it's coming until after the s5 is released. Isn't that what they did when the s4 came out? Didn't they wait to update the s3 until the s4 was out? I'm right there with you though, Pilot...I feel it should have been released by now, or at least provide a ETA instead of some vague pitch stating "we are working on providing the best update". Being a former s3 owner, that does not comfort me in the least bit...that update destroyed my phone

Why is it everyone wants 4.4 so bad? Some emojis and a worse battery life? Count me out. But if you really need it you may as well go to one of the carriers that do have it. At least then you won't be able to use the phone enough to matter and won't have any issues at all

I have a feeling you're right as they want to "Force" users to upgrade to the new device.

By all means, DO NOT UPGRADE your phone if you don't want to. With that being said, don't hold us back that wish to upgrade and use the new features. We need everyone on board to criticize Verizon for not making something available that the other 3 carriers have provided. We, the ones that are wanting the upgrade, will be happy when it is FINALLY released and those that do not wish to update can elect not to do so.

I've been on KitKat for months and not the garbage version all of you will get either. Even have all the note 3 and s5 add one too.

Criticizing a company will get you no where. Why? Because no one cares what the customer thinks. Its $$$$$$$$ and a firmware doesn't generate that.

I agree 100 per cent...it is all about getting us to upgrade to the S5. Now that we are vulnerable to Heartbleed using Jelly Bean, what the heck is VZ waiting for????
