I am having trouble with setting up my phone. When I make a call the screen is black and I cannot find out how to bring the keypad back up to press any buttons or to hang up the call. I have to disconnect from the call with the power button which is a pain because I like to use speakerphone and cannot use it without the keypad. I also get a black screen about half the time someone calls and have no way to answer the call. I know I have got to have a setting messed up but cannot figure out what to do
