I need to back up my stuff I had saved on my phone but it won't allow me how do I do it?

Let's make sure you're backup assistance is running smoothly! Are you getting any error messages when accessing the Media Center to download the Backup Assistant app? What zip are you in? Have you downloaded the app before?
