I got my Samsung Galaxy note 3 May 14th about a month ago and it's starting to have all sorts of problems. I'm sure it's from the kit Kat update from what I read on the net. But now I feel I got suckered by version. My old HTC Droid incredible 2 work better than my new phone I got now. Lots of money down the drain. I was on prepay plan now I'm paying more money stuck in a plan with new phone that's working worse every day. I'm hoping that the new kit Kat upgrade will fix it. If not I'll be leaving version for good and never come back. I'm screaming mad.

What specific issues are you having with your phone? Have you performed a hard reset since the update?
