Email is syncing fine as our contacts. My outlook calendar will not sync!

Before you delete and re-set up your Outlook mail, check this:
Open your Outlook mail on your phone
Tap the three dots in the lower right corner
Tap Settings
Tap Sync Settings
Scroll to Content to Sync
Make sure that all of the items you want to sync are checked (I believe that calendar is not checked by default)
That should make your calendar sync with your Outlook Exchange Server.
Randy1952 thanks for reaching out to us. I want to make sure we can get your calendar synced up so you are not missing any kind of important appointments. Let's try to go through and remove the email account from the device and re add it back into the phone. Do you have other calendars synced to the device at all? Please keep us posted.
