My Droid Razr Maxx is stuck in boot up and won't boot past the red eye. The Verizon store told me the only thing I can do is to do a factory reset, which did not work and likely wiped out all of my pictures, videos, calendar items, etc. I am still stuck in the red eye and just want to reinstall the OS to see if that fixes the problem.
