emails are being deleted where are they?

Emails are being deleted from my phone. This has not happened before a few days ago. Please direct me in the right direction. Wasted too much time on the phone with both Verizon and Verizon Wireless. Pointing fingers at the other. Thanks for any help.

I am sorry to hear the the emails deleting from your phone. When the emails are deleted are they also being deleted from you account when you sign in via the computer to view the emails? Have you tried to remove the email account and readd the email? http://vz.to/1tyvGdH
