I have the nokia lumia 928. I am having about a 12 hour lapse receiving text messages from another Verizon customer. This seems to be happening typically later in the evening. Am I missing some setting or something?
This is an anomaly. Is that other Verizon user an iPhone user? Were you recently an iPhone user?
On your end, try turning your phone off completely and then back on. If that doesn't sort it then it's probably a network error.
Thank you. I have been on the phone with tech support as well. I have never been a iPhone user but the person that I am having texting issues with is. I have had other problems as well so I am getting a replacement phone soon. Hopefully that will take care of this problem to.
