I was recently given an LG Cosmos as a gift. I would really prefer a fip phone. Can I exchange this for an LG Revere or am I stuck with a phone I don't really like?
Whether or not you can exchange it is dependent on when the person who gave it to you made the purchase. Verizon gives your 14 days to exchange a device. Of course there is a $35 restocking fee.
Additionally, the phone was "given" to you. Why would you be stuck with it? Why can't you purchase the phone you would like?
