My cellular is locked up.

I cannot turn it on or turn it off!

Can someone help me to get it working?? Please!! ASAP.

We are here to help! Were you able to get assistance via our customer service line? If not, and your phone is still frozen, we do have some suggestions.

PLease try pressing and holding both the power and volume down buttons at the same time until the device powers off, then release (approximately 10 seconds). Then try pressing and holding just the power button to turn the phone back on.

That should do the trick!
