factory reset lost all my pics and tunes

I changed my password on my phone last night and tried logging in too many times, and my phone reset itself to the factory standard.  All of my apps are there, and my contacts, however all of my pictures are gone and my ringtones that I paid for are also gone.  help!

Oh my goodness! Let's get you those ringtones back. Where did you purchase your ringtones from? The Google Playstore or Verizon Wireless? If you purchased them from Verizon Wireless you can go to verizonwireless.com>My Verizon>Manage and Store Media to retrieve your ringtones.
