I have a 2 year contract for my samsung s3, but I don't have warranty?

Can I add a warranty to by bill? If so what?!

My phone screen is cracked and I don't know what/how to replace it

I've only had the my phone for about 5 months

what is the total mobile protection plan? Can I add this to my phone plan? Will it cover If I damaged my phone?

You can't add a "warranty" or insurance for a damaged phone.

No you can't put insurance on it after the fact. That would be fraud. That may lead to jail.

The basic 1 year warranty is against manufacturer defects, not breakage, not water damage, not loss or theft or any other perils.

If at time of purchase you opted for supplement insurance from Asurion they do cover breakage, loss and theft. But you pay a premium every month and a deductible of $99-$199 depending on your device.

You will have to either buy a brand new device or purchase a second hand phone from numerous web sites.
