Can't text every morning from 7:00 to 7:45

This has been happening for a while now. Can't even text myself. Everything else on the phone works fine. Galaxy S3 updated to Jelly Bean. I've tried to restart, battery pull, shut off Wi-Fi, shut off Sync, text from native text app, reinstalled GO SMS, limited the number of texts per person.

Anyone else having same issue? Any suggestions other than a factory reset? Is there a backup running? Can I control the time of the backup?

That's a very odd issue, eeg123! I'm eager to help you solve it. The most likely culprit for this behavior is location. Where are you during that period of time? Commuting to work? Already at the job? What zip code would you be in? And does this happen 7 days a week or on specific days? Any problems making calls or using data services at that time?
