How Do I File A Complaint About SPAM Text Messages/

Recently, I have begun to receive SPAM text messages -- which I have to pay for. How do I file a complaint about that and how do I block them?

Dial *611 from your phone and speak to someone.

You can all install Nokia's call+sms filter from Nokia to block them as well.

How do you forward text messages? I can't find this option. Using Droid Turbo.
