Every time I power my phone off, when I turn it back on, the voicemail notification appears. It says I have one voicemail, however, I do not actually have a voicemail. How do I get rid of this?

This is the HTC 8x forum, so I am sure that is the phone. I have the same issue.
Same issue for me as well. Even gone through a couple hard resets.
I have the HTC windows 8 phone. the exact model number is: HTC6990LVW.
So far, the phone has been nothing but trouble, but this voicemail notification is a new one.
