using origanel charger but charges slow and says for better charging use the oraginel

You can always check by following these steps, Settings, About Phone, Software Update, Check for new software update. How long have you had the device for? I have this problem, as well, and I do have the latest upgrade available. 4.2.2 Everything about this phone has gone downhill since that "upgrade". When will the fix be sent out?
