I've been on the phone for countless hours for this issue. Not sure whats happened, but Verizon's customer service has crashed and burned. A week ago I called for a replacement phone because my earpiece started sounding distorted. After 3 calls and 6 hours of calls telling me that I haven't had insurance on my phone for 19 months (which is wrong) they finally agreed to send me a replacement. This was the 4th replacement of the Razr M. My new phone has the same problem with the speaker, and also the ongoing crappy 4g signal, and now this phone tells me I have a voicemail, when I don't. Any help would be great because Verizon customer service doesn't seem to care.
