My Moto G will not send MMS. Mobile data is on and I have good service. What is wrong? I'm tired of being hung up on by the Verizon tech support automated attendant!

Finally got through. It was user error. On this phone you must have wifi off in order for MMS data to be sent over the cell nwtwork. This was not the case on my fascinate.
