For a PC, connect the phone to the computer using the USB cable that came with the phone.

For Mac, you need http://www.android.com/filetransfer/ for a proper connection.

I have he opposite problem...I have my pictures and music on cloud and cant get them on new phone Samsung S5....Can you help me please?

Hello lhd68, we absolutely want the best path to resolution! The first step is to install the Verizon cloud application onto the new phone from the Play Store. Once completed, open the app and you will be prompted to enter your 10 digit number & an email address. Once this is completed, go to sync settings by clicking the Sync icon and this will bring the selected media back on the phone.
