I can't reach customer service anymore. Keeps going in circles back to 611 on-screen. geeze. this is infuriating. My bill has not gone down with this customer service change - CEO of verizon is just making more. this sucks.

thank you, ann. After posting i went through all the menus in the 611 onscreen until i was able to disable the feature. Finally disabled! I'm really glad this wasn't an emergency and that I was able to resolve this when I was in front of my computer and had some time on my hands!
