email push not working over wifi with Comcast email

I've checked all the settings. Comcast email will not push when using WIFI. Works fine with 4g. Samsung Galaxy S5

Any suggestions?

Let's get this issue resolved pronto jawill! I had a similar issue with my Comcast email account and I resolved it by installing the Xfinity connect app. Give it a try.

is wi-fi going to sleep when phone not being used?

I have it set to "Keep Wifi on during sleep as "always"
