Every time I make a call or answer a call my phone is stuck in speaker phone mode.

I also cannot access the keypad when I am on a call. I can only access "end call, speaker, or bluetooth" when on a call. Please help!?!

That should definitely not be happening, NiteFigher. Let's see what we can do to get your phone operating normally. NiteFighter, when your call starts, are you able to select the Speaker icon to disable it? While you are on a call, and this happens, do you have a bluetooth device connected? Does the same happen if you disable the bluetooth service?
