I really messed up and locked my simcard and I was wondering if I can get a new one. If so where can I get one and how much is it. If not how do I get it unlocked because my phone says it's permanent.

If you need a new SIM card, they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store or by calling Customer Service.

Once you do a store search, when you get the results, there should be two tabs ... Corporate stores are in the first tab (labeled Verizon Wireless Stores).
