I was transferring pics from my phone to my pc & got the message there was a update. I started downloading it twice, both times it stops @ 66%. How do I fix this?

thomasr1950,Sorry to hear about all the starts and stops. Let's get that updated. Is it prompting you to update you device software or the device driver? If it is the driver, I would download the driver directly from the Samsung website: http://bit.ly/1mwSACy . If it is prompting you to update the software try disconnecting from the computer, connect to a Wi-Fi network, go to "Home" >"Applications" > "Settings" > "About Phone" > "System updates".
