My S4 keeps shutting off and the battery is draining fast
Hi Unknown1!I don't want you to have any issues with your device! Let's try some troubleshooting OK? Do you notice any pattern as to when this happens? Is it when performing a specific task or just random? Please remove the SIM card and battery from the device for about 60 seconds, then reattach and power on. Then, monitor the device. When it comes to the battery, how long does it last? Is this a new issue or something that has been ongoing? Do you have the battery saver enabled on the device? I have done all things you have suggested prior to contacting VZW. I am trying live chat, they had me put my phone in Safe Mode to disable the apps.
I think I will discontinue this form of trouble shooting with VZW and use live chat.
