Sending Email in Plain Text

Hello ~

I actually have an S3 but suspect this problem is systemic, so to speak.

My phone is sending messages both in plain text and HTML when I post email.

I remember this was an option I selected at some point in the email set-up process, but cannot find the magic door that allows me to deselect that option now.
