I accidently locked my sim card using too many tries on the passcode. Knowit wants a PUK# to reset my passcode. What is the PUK #?
Log in to your My Verizon account. Click on Manage My Device. Look on the right side of the page for the PUK code.
Don't try to guess a PUK code it will perinatal lock the sim...PUT stands for Phone Unlock Key. And previous responder explains how to get it....good luck.
