Can I upgrade 3 days early with Samsung? My phone is dead!

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to upgrade early to a Samsung Galaxy S4, 3 days early? My upgrade date is 7/3. I have a Blackberry Bold and it is officially dead. It has been dying on me randomly for the past few weeks but its now officially gone. I do have a very old phone I can use for a while but it would be such a pain to transfer to that phone, and then to another new phone in just a few days.

Hoping I can just upgrade now and maybe even receive the new phone before the holiday weekend, so I'm not going without a phone for too long??

Your fastest, and best option, would be to log in to "My Verizon," sit there for a minute, and wait for a Sales Representative to chat. You won't get much on a customer-to-customer forum.

Generally speaking, I don't believe exceptions are allowed however I'd check with Customer Service. Hope you get your issue resolved before the holiday weekend!

Yes, the will let you upgrade early just explain your issue my friend just upgraded two phones. She did it two weeks early because of somn't make sense to put in a insurance claims. Make sure you call customer service.

I am having similar issues with my S3, which is due for an upgrade 8/8/14. Definitely limping towards the finish line. My battery makes it to lunch time if I am lucky with fairly light use....
