I have been having problems with my Samsung Brightside. Sometimes when I receive text messages they show up in a form of code or don't show up at all. This only happens sometimes but gets extremely annoying. I have contacted Samsung and reset my phone to factory settings. This has not fixed the problem. What should be my next step is trying to get my phone fixed?
