What has happened to the desk clock in the clock app?
Hello squog! I can definitely relate to getting used to certain apps and widgets. They are very convenient. With regards to the Desk Clock, was this app originally in your S5, or was this app/widget on a prior model? It is very possible that it may not have been included with this model. On my S3, in the standard Clock app, there are several modes - Alarm, World Clock, Stopwatch, Timer and Desk Clock.
On my new S5 there is no Desk Clock option.
Now this may seem trivial, but the desk clock was perfect for going to bed, plugging in the phone to the charger, setting it to desk clock (which also allowed you to set an alarm or alarms).
Just don't know why it would be taken out of the app.
Or perhaps there is a setting somewhere to make it reappear.
Lacking that, any recommendations for a good clock app...?
