I recently had (first and second level) Tech Support on the phone. I told them that my S4 has stopped receiving / syncing emails. After an extensive period of time on the phone with them, they simply stated that "you have too many email accounts on the phone, and its not able to sync them anymore. There are plenty of software programs you can download that can handle this..." that's when I interrupted and said I would much rather my iPhones back because I had 7 accounts of there. My S4 only has 5 of the 7. And I have 2 S4s'. She said you can go into the store and complain; they might be able to help. Well, I never went into the store...yet...now I am getting scattered emails, and my voicemail is out! When I call, it NOW says it "cannot recognize this mailbox" two times and hangs up on me. I am starting to wonder why I took the store Reps advice for the S4 and against the iPhone as well as why I left ATT after 16 years. I'm very unhappy right now...and on the phone with Verizon Tech Support...again!
Anyone else with similar issue & solutions? Please?
