You could but you would pay large $$$ for it there. I would check out EBAY or Swappa.com. I have purchased phones at both places and found good deals and sold 3 phones on Swappa.com. At Swappa.com you will have to register to buy and you will also need to set up a pay pal account. You could also buy one at VZW either in store or the web site paying full retail price. Sorry to hear about your phone.
Yeah I got a brand spankin new never used S4 from a seller on ebay for $430.00. That's almost $300.00 cheaper than VZW or Best Buy, if trying to buy without upgrade eligiblity.
Be careful if the person doesn't pay their bill your phone will get black listed.
You can replace your glass for around $85.
