Hello. I'm new here and I have a question of course. Does Verizon support Wideband Audio HD? My headset has a setting for it but there's no use to use it if it's not supported, right? It uses more battery. Thank you all for any help. Alan.
Hello alanbama, welcome as a new customer with us! Currently, Wideband Audio has not yet been launched with our carrier. It is best to have the setting off as it will not change the difference in the call clarity while on. We may launch Wideband Audio in the future.
