How to skip over old voice mail message?

I have a Samsung flip phone.

When I access voice mail, it keeps playing an old message that I don't want to delete. How do I skip over that message to hear the new one?

Also, it says invalid number when I press "send" to call voicemail. I have to press "end" then *86 and "send".

When the old message starts playing press 33 which skips to the end of the message and then resave the voicemail message. You will then be able to listen to the newest voicemail.

Pressing the pound key (#) during playback will also skip the message. You shouldn't have to re-save it.
