Cannot connect to wi-fi

I have tried to connect to my wi-fi at work.  When I put in the password, it keeps giving me "Incorrect password" error message...However, I have verified that the password is correct and has not changed.  I can connect on other devices, just not the phone.  What can I do to fix this??? Any suggestions???

Sorry for the difficulty connecting to work WiFi, angiej.463! I can see that you've already done some good troubleshooting on your own. My question to you is do you have problems connecting to other password-protected WiFi networks? Do you have a wireless router at home, for example? Any trouble there? When you're imputing the WiFi password at work, can you see what you're typing or are your characters hidden (instead of actual characters, you see dots or other general marks)?



Most importantly, have you consulted with the WiFi administrator to ensure that devices with the Android operating system are allowed to connect to that WiFi network?
