The automatic software download for KitKat will not install. Says update failed. What now?
Well, is the phone still working normally as before? Any error msg? The reason I am asking you this, because lots of users are encountering problems after downloading and installing kitkat. If the phone is still OK, then let it be. Or you can restore it and see how it goes.
I am sure other folks will chime in. Maybe others have a different idea.
