Visual voice mail ad for voice mail to text

I just upgraded to a Galaxy Note 3 from a Galaxy S4 which had visual voice mail. Currently on my new device I keep getting an "ad" for voice mail to text.

I have verified that I have visual voice mail on my account, not the premium one. I have declined the upgrade when accessing voice mail but the "ad" is still there.

How can I make this go away?
